Hi,
is it true that LM301a pin 2 jointed with R2 and pin 3 with R1? Also between pins 1 and 8 is 100pF? can be 1000pF?

i experimented on my 12v 4.5 Ah battery, no matter what i do i can't push more then 250 mA current into it unless i increase the voltage.

one thing more i used transistor to charge the battery e.g pnp and connect the battery to its collector(+ side) and Vcc to emitter when i ground or supply negative voltage to the base the relationship Ic = beta*Ib does not stand. watever i do, Ic is still 250 mA, any suggestions?
